Liver N' Onions (Minus the Onions)

I had never cooked liver so I watched some videos and placed my order. I wasn't sure about 'handling'it but it wasn't bad at all. There was no overpowering smell. It was clean and smooth. It didn't fall apart in my hands. It was obviously fresh. We'll definitely be ordering again.

The liver was phenomenal. It arrived very well packaged and I could tell the meat was fresh. Liver has a strong flavor and can take some getting used to, however, it is one of the most nutritious cuts of meat. I encourage folks to give it a try and when you buy from Hickok you know your getting the highest quality grass fed beef out there at a fair price.
