Howdy from Eric, Katy, Ethan, and Ava!

Remember how chaotic and uncertain 2020 made you feel? Like many of our customers, we came to realize how fragile our food supply chain was. We even had to postpone our wedding plans for a whole year!

During this time, we became acutely aware of our dependence on the grocery store. This prompted Eric to quit his job and move everyone to Katy's family ranch south of San Antonio. In 2022, Hickok Hamburger was launched to fulfill the need for pure beef that fiercely independent customers demand.

At Hickok Hamburger, we believe preparedness is essential for peace of mind, and quality beef free from antibiotics and hormones, is the best option for your family. Many of our customers fill their freezers, and we believe you will too!
