Non Returnable Items

Hickok Hamburger strives to deliver the best beef to your door. Since the products are perishable, we cannot accept  returns. If your items take longer than expected to deliver (+48 hrs), please notify us at support@hickokranch.com and we will arrange a replacement shipment. Please have the tracking and order information available to process the replacement. 

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for packages that have been found delivered outside of the safe zone (+48 hrs.) by carrier delays. However, if the package was delivered within the safe zone, but left outside for an extended period of time due to customer neglect, refunds will not be issued.
