Just like Papa's

My Papa's cows were mostly pastured, grass fed though we didn't call nit that back then. It was just the old-fashioned way. This roast is the closest I've gotten to that juicy,scrumptious taste of a pot roast from his herd! I've bought several of these roasts, and they cook up beautifully in the Instant Pot. A must buy!!
